INFORMATION CLAUSE. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

According to art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter "RODO") and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018. 1000), Małopolskie Centrum Kultury SOKÓŁ in Nowy Sącz, provides basic information on the processing of personal data obtained.

Personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the indicated goals, in accordance with the criteria set out in the law.

In this situation, after reviewing your application, we will no longer be able to process your personal data covered by the objection, unless we demonstrate valid legally valid grounds for processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or grounds for establishing, investigating or defense of claims.
the right to transfer data processed in an automated manner in accordance with the principles set out in Article 20 RODO, which means that you have the right to request that your personal data be sent by us directly to another administrator, if it is technically possible.
the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal (if processing takes place pursuant to Article 6 (1) a) or Article 9 par. 2 lit. a) RODO,
the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body - if you consider that the processing of personal data is in violation of the ROPE to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.

COLLECTION OF DATA

All personal data collected by websites and internet applications placed on the servers of the SOKOL Malopolska Culture Center are collected in two ways:
Information provided voluntarily by users in order to subscribe to the newsletter, use contact forms, fill out registration forms to save for the event, as well as to create user accounts on websites and web applications.
Information obtained automatically when users use our websites and web applications, ie: Information in server logs - our servers automatically save data such as the page request sent by the user, the date and time of the request, device data (eg the hardware model), browser type, browser language, operating system type, IP address and so-called cookies.
IP address - every computer connected to the Internet has a unique number assigned, i.e. an IP address. On its basis, you can, for example, identify the country from which a given user connects to the network.
Cookie files (so-called cookies) - small text files sent by the internet service that the internet user visits, to the internet user's device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

INFORMATION ABOUT COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected by websites and internet applications placed on servers of the SOKOL Malopolska Culture Center are intended solely for the purposes of the Małopolska Cultural Center SOKÓŁ (for administrative and statistical purposes) or are used to provide specific services to our recipients (users).
Personal data, provided by the user on websites or internet applications placed on servers of the SOKOL Malopolska Culture Center, will be processed only for the purpose for which they are collected. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are collected. Not submitting personal data is tantamount to the inability to use a given tool, internet application or service.
Users' personal data may be disclosed to other entities authorized by law. However, these data will not be made available to other institutions, organizations, third parties and will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiled.

The SOKÓŁ Malopolska Cultural Center makes every effort to protect websites and internet applications placed on servers of the SOKOL Malopolska Cultural Center against unauthorized access by third parties. Web pages and applications contain links to other websites.
We understand that we are responsible for protecting the data entrusted to us by users. We take security issues very seriously. Therefore, we strive to protect our websites and web applications from unauthorized access by third parties and control our methods of collecting, storing and processing information. We use devices and systems to secure data processed on servers and physical security measures.
