(Un)broken Threads. Artistic Fabric | Exhibition Opening

In the exhibition (Un)broken Threads, we will present a selection of unique textiles by fiber artists associated with the Polish school of textile arts, as well as by contemporary artists who carry on this tradition. We invite you to the opening on September 18 at 6:00 p.m. at the BWA SOKÓŁ Contemporary Art Gallery.
During the opening, there will be a discussion on the art of textiles with the guests: the artists presenting their works at the exhibition - Małgorzata Markiewicz, Marta Niedbał, and Eliza Proszczuk, as well as experts in the medium of textiles: Marta Kowalewska, chief curator of the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, and Katarzyna Jasiołek, author of the book "Textiles: Art and Craft".
